Your first sentence is unclear, but come on, racism is dead. If you don’t commit a crime, you likely won’t get arrested. Most defendants tried for a crime are guilty. And this cannot occur in America, because of our resistance to big government and our Western ideals of equality.

Never. There will always be some dumbass out there that wants to keep this issue alive and talk about it. It comes up over and over and over again. There will always be some moron out there that knocks up some foolish female and raises the kid with AT or below the IQ of the parents.
