Its 2010 and Vice City has changed alot. Niko bellic relised there was a 3rd solider who also ambushed the war and was in Vice City. Little did Niko know, there was a bounty stalking him as he was serching for the soliders. Niko was snippered in the back and fell off a ten story hotel. Agents that Niko met in Librety City, heard about what happened to Niko and rushd to Vice City. The Agents found a man called Geourge Mcansey and trained him to become to best. Geourge met peopel to work with to get some money although, he was still on the sign for the soliders.
Gourge became friends with a man called Tommy Vercetti, who owned a mansion on turtle Island. The agents didnt trust Tommy so they sent Geourge to stay at a hotel near by the spy on Tommy. Geordge noticed that a black man had eneterned Tommy’s mansion, and Tommy and the man were talking on the rooftop of the mansion. When the man left, Geourge followed him to his house.
The black man said that his name was Vic Vance and Tommy killed his brother, Lance Vance. Vic said that Tommy kept talkign about his years in the war in Russia.
Geourge rushed back to the Agents and told them the news. The Agents called SWAT and cops to come to the mansion. George and the agents ran into the mansion with the cops and the swat team. Guns started firing evrywhere, Tommy hoped into his chopper, the main agent guy jumped on the side of the helicopter. George followed the chopper but lost it. The phone rang and it was the agent, he said that the helicpoter was crashing on the beach. George rushed there and noticed a helicpter smashed up, on fire on the beach. There was no sign of the agent but Tommy scrambeled out of the pieces of metal. Tommy was shot in the back two times and fell to the ground. "See you in hell!" George says as he shoots Tommy in the face…..

Yeah, pity Niko and Tommy are from two different canons and thus this will never happen.
Also, 1 star - it made no sense and wasn’t well written.

Umm no… Why would Niko be in Vice City? Those characters are on different timelines.
Also Vice City and Vice City Stories, are set in the 80s and IV is in 2008, so no..
