no offense but it is kinda random, stick to a theme, you can make a dragon deck
add cards like decoy dragon, blue eyes, king dragun, lord of d, flute of summoning dragon, and magna drago if you want to add some synchros

pretty good. i would take out spear dragon and add a second luster dragon or a luster dragon #2 though but thats just my opinion

Ok first off you can only have three Blue Eyes like what was already stated.
Also you have many cards that aren’t all that good and can be replace with better ones (Twister should be replaced with MST).
Way way too many tribute monsters.
I’m not going to point out the banned cards here.
To me it seems like you just picked up a bunch of cards and called it a deck…
Pick a theme and find cards that will support that theme.
