I need a first and last name for private investigator in the 30's?
Like Dick Tracy, but alot darker. I need a noir fiction character that I can name my animation after. He’s the main character so his name needs to stand out. However it has to be original and believable. Be creative. If you can’t come up with a first name, that’s fine, just a last name will do.

He takes a job working for what amounts to a CIA airline in Asia. Billy puts it as, “I’m used to being the weirdest person in the room. Here I don’t even make the top ten.” There is an insurgency shooting at them, government soldiers running drugs, a pilot who is supplying arms to the whole region, and those are the straightforward sub plots.

Is there a bigger goofball in Latin America than Hugo Chavez?
The guy plays air guitar in UN speeches and thinks he can win a war with Colombia. Seriously?

No, absolutely not, I especially loved when he went on Venezuelan TV and told the the people they wouldn’t stink when taking a 3 minute shower, ok but you have to sit next to them on the bus. lol

I truly hope that he thinks he can invade Columbia, he’ll get spanked and that’s somewhere we could probably get in on, but we have a WUSS in the White House
