Has the fear of being inpatient hospitalized ever stopped you from seeking emotional help?
Right now, I know I need to see a doctor or a counselor for my feelings, anger, rage and depression. The only draw back for me at this point are two things:
1- If they know my deep down feelings, they will probably put me in an inpatient facility
2- If the above happens, my husband is out of work for a while and we get no paycheck… I’m afraid of disappointing him and my family
What do I do? How can I overcome this?
As a person who has been inpatient hospitalized twice in my life (both times were horrendous, traumatic experiences), I am deathly afraid of that.
